The CAIOC is composed of Chief Artificial Intelligence Officers from Federal agencies who work together to improve government IT and AI practices. The CAIO Council is chaired by the Federal Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer. Its membership comprises agency Chief AI Officers, representatives from the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and other agencies or Ex-Officio members as designated by the Chair.
